Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Consultant — Advisory Support for OneDrive → SharePoint Migration

We are moving our company data out of individual OneDrive for Business accounts into a centralized **SharePoint Online** environment integrated with **Microsoft Teams**. We will perform the migration ourselves, in-house. We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 consultant to design the target architecture, guide our IT team through the process, review our work, and be available for questions while the migration runs. This is an advisory and support role — not a hands-on migration delivery role. Things matter most to us: 1. Preparing the migration plan. A concrete, sequenced plan our team can execute — what moves in which order, how it is batched, what happens in each cutover window, and how we verify each batch before moving on. 2. Being there when we hit a problem. We expect issues during the migration and we want someone responsive who helps us work through them, rather than someone who hands over a document and disappears. 3. Security and privileged access. Designing and implementing a proper permission and privileged access process is a core part of this engagement, not an afterthought.
