Microsoft 365 Tenant Merger Specialist (Cloud to Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 consultant to assist in merging an existing Cloud-only tenant into our primary Hybrid-Joined tenant. The goal is to consolidate environments while ensuring that the users coming from the source Cloud tenant remain cloud-based (or are properly integrated into the target environment) without service disruption. Scope of Work Discovery & Planning: Assess the source and target tenants to identify potential conflicts (domains, UPNs, etc.). Identity Migration: Merge users into the target tenant while maintaining their cloud-only status or configuring appropriate synchronization. Data Migration: Securely migrate Exchange Online mailboxes, OneDrive data, and SharePoint sites (if applicable). DNS & Domain Transition: Move custom domains from the source to the target tenant with minimal downtime. Hybrid Integration: Ensure the migration does not negatively impact the existing Hybrid Azure AD Join configuration in the target environment.
