Summary

We are a growing immigration law firm looking for an experienced consultant to help improve our internal workflows through automation and AI. We currently use Microsoft 365 (Teams and SharePoint), Docketwise, ChatGPT, Zoom, Wix, and LawPay. We are not looking to replace these systems. Instead, we want to make them work better together. We're looking for someone who can: Review our current workflows Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks Recommend practical solutions Implement automations that improve efficiency Our biggest areas of focus are: Client onboarding Document collection and follow-up Document organization AI-assisted drafting Workflow automation Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Automate, and AI integrations is preferred.
