Microsoft Azure / Windows 365 / AVD Consultant Needed for Secure Remote Worker Setup

Hi, I’m looking for an experienced Microsoft cloud / Azure consultant to help my company review and improve our secure remote-worker setup. We are a Canadian remote dental-operations support company. This is not a basic “remote desktop” job. We need a secure and reliable setup where remote Care Team Members can access their controlled workspace, Dentavate’s web app, and clinic systems safely. Current situation We currently have: One Azure Windows VM Access through Azure Bastion 1–2 remote workers Need to support 1–4 users first, with future growth Current setup has been fragile and we need a proper review We are considering whether to continue with Azure VM, move to Windows 365, or use Azure Virtual Desktop What I need first I do not want a full rebuild immediately. The first job is a fixed-price audit and recommendation. Please review the current environment and provide a clear written report covering: Current Azure setup Billing/admin ownership Security risks Whether Bastion/VM should be kept temporarily Whether Windows 365 or Azure Virtual Desktop is better for us Recommended 30–60 day stabilization plan Recommended 6–12 month target architecture Cost estimate for 1, 2, 3, and 4 remote users How to create named worker access without sharing admin credentials How to handle MFA, offboarding, and password/access recovery What restrictions are possible for clipboard, downloads, local drives, and printing What is technically enforceable vs only policy-based risk reduction Simple architecture diagram Monthly support recommendation Non-negotiables We are not looking for: public RDP shared worker logins workers using Azure admin credentials vendor lock-in unmanaged direct access from worker devices a setup Dentavate cannot own or transfer later Dentavate must remain owner of: Microsoft tenant Azure subscription billing break-glass admin access documentation recovery process Ideal freelancer/company You should have experience with: Microsoft Azure Azure Virtual Machines Azure Bastion Windows 365 Azure Virtual Desktop Microsoft Entra ID / MFA remote worker access small business Microsoft cloud environments secure onboarding/offboarding documentation and handover Healthcare/dental/privacy-sensitive experience is a plus. Deliverable for this first job A written audit report with recommendations, risks, cost estimate, and next-step plan. After this audit, we may hire you separately for setup/migration and ongoing monthly support.
