Microsoft Forms Traffic Control Room Log

I am looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 freelancer to develop a structured operational reporting solution using Microsoft Forms. I have already prepared a detailed Excel workbook containing the full requirements, including the different record types, required fields, response options and intended structure. The main requirement is to create one simple and user-friendly Microsoft Form using sections, branching and conditional logic so that users only see the questions relevant to the type of record they are submitting. The solution needs to be quick and intuitive to use while capturing structured data suitable for management reporting and analysis. I would also like support with: Power Automate, including automated email notifications based on selected Form responses A simple management dashboard with statistics that update automatically, or as close to live as practical Guidance on the most appropriate Microsoft 365 solution for storing and reporting the data Transfer and handover of the completed solution The freelancer will develop the solution outside my organisation's Microsoft 365 environment. The completed Form must therefore be capable of being duplicated into my work account, with any Power Automate flows and reporting components provided in a format that can be transferred and reconnected. Clear handover instructions will also be required so that I can maintain and amend the solution afterwards. The detailed Excel specification will be shared with the selected freelancer.
