Summary

Remote consultant needed to assess and improve a hybrid identity environment across AD and Entra ID. The work includes identifying excessive privileged access, enforcing least privilege, defining a tiered administrative model, and establishing a standardized identity lifecycle. You will review joiner, mover, and leaver processes, evaluate RBAC, group structures, and entitlements, and assess MFA, Conditional Access, and legacy authentication risks. The role also includes reviewing monitoring, logging, and SIEM integration, analyzing the current hybrid identity design, and delivering a target-state architecture and prioritized remediation roadmap.
