Microsoft Partner Center Expert – Employment Verification & Authentication We're looking for an experienced Microsoft Partner Center consultant to help us complete our Microsoft Partner enrollment. We've spent considerable time working through Microsoft's documentation and troubleshooting the process ourselves. At this point, we're looking for someone with real-world Partner Center experience who can help us diagnose what's actually happening—not someone who will simply refer us back to Microsoft Learn. If you've successfully helped companies through Microsoft Partner Center onboarding and verification before, we'd love to hear from you. Current Status We have successfully completed: ✅ Company registration ✅ Legal business verification ✅ Identity verification (AU10TIX / Verified ID) Our onboarding is currently blocked by two separate issues. 1. Employment Verification After identity verification was approved, our application automatically progressed to Microsoft's Employment Verification stage. The verification entered Microsoft's review process and displayed an estimated review date. However: We were never asked to upload any supporting documentation. The Resolve button simply opened a page stating that no action was required. We therefore had no opportunity to provide employment or company documentation. Before the published review date arrived, Employment Verification was automatically marked as Rejected, without any explanation or request for additional information. We're looking for someone who can help determine: Why no documentation request was generated. Whether this behaviour is expected. Whether this indicates a Partner Center configuration issue, an automated verification failure, or another underlying problem. What Microsoft is actually validating during this stage. The fastest path to successfully completing Employment Verification. 2. Partner Center Authentication We are also experiencing a Microsoft Partner Center authentication issue. Azure and Microsoft Entra authentication work normally. Microsoft Partner Center currently fails during sign-in with error 500121. We need help determining whether this is related to Microsoft Entra configuration, Conditional Access, tenant configuration, MFA, authentication policies, or another Partner Center-specific issue. Review our Microsoft Entra configuration as it relates to Partner Center onboarding and authentication. Diagnose the Partner Center authentication issue. Investigate why Employment Verification failed without requesting documentation. Explain what Microsoft is actually validating during this stage. Recommend any supporting documentation or configuration changes that may be required. Advise on the fastest path to completing verification. Assist with Microsoft Support escalation if necessary. Join one or two screen-sharing sessions if needed. Success Criteria By the end of this engagement, we'd like to: Understand why Employment Verification failed. Resolve the Partner Center authentication issue. Successfully complete Microsoft Partner verification. Identify and resolve any remaining blockers preventing us from becoming a fully verified Microsoft Partner.
