Microsoft Power Platform Architect Needed, Build Multi‑Site Healthcare Command Center

Hi there — we are a multi‑site home infusion pharmacy starting Phase 1 of a larger build. For this phase, we are keeping things very simple. We need someone who can build ONE Microsoft List inside Microsoft Teams called Referral‑to‑Revenue Command Center. This list will track the full referral workflow from intake → cash posted. Phase 1 includes: Creating ONE Microsoft List Adding core fields (Referral ID, Location, Patient, Therapy, Status, Dates, etc.) Creating workflow statuses Creating 5 views (Intake, PA, Billing, Collections, Leadership) Embedding each view into Teams Testing with ONE pharmacy location No automations, no Power BI, no integrations, no APIs, no dashboards in this phase. If you are strong with Microsoft Lists + Teams workflow design, this is a great fit.
