Mid-Year Market Review Design

The piece will be a folded mailer with flaps on each side. I believe the dimensions are: Flat size: 25.5” x 11” Folded size: 8.5” x 11” Panels/flaps: 4.25” + 8.5” + 8.5” + 4.25” I attached our 2024 Mid-Year Market Review for reference so you can get a sense of the structure/content we’ve used in the past. That said, we do not need this to look the same and are very open to creative suggestions for the layout and overall presentation. The mailer will be sent via EDDM, so we’ll need space allocated for a mailing panel on the back. In terms of content, it will likely include: A market update letter Local market statistics/graphs Team sales highlights Active buyer profiles Similar informational and branding content to the 2024 version
