Middle+ Manual QA Engineer

Location: Poland (Krakow-based or willing to travel every 2 months) English: B2+ Position: Middle Manual QA (5+ years) Working hours: 140h per month (flexible hours, several weekly calls at 9am PST) Requirements: Ability to travel to Krakow ~6 times a year for 1-week in-office sessions (every 1.5-2 months) Practical experience with API testing using Postman Experience with XRay, Confluence, Claude Experience testing SaaS projects Experience testing apps with different user levels and permissions Experience testing toggled features Experience with integrations testing Ability to work independently, remotely 2 weekly stand-up calls (9 am PST) 5-6 hours/day Cross-browser testing Maintain test & test plan documentation Be open to pass US background check Nice to Have (not required): Experience with Healthcare apps Understanding of HIPAA PHI handling and testing experience Experience with HL7, sFTP testing, Swagger Testing interconnections, integrations (data uploads, API connections) Testing dashboards, reporting calculations, user permissions Testing applications with inventory setups Project: A B2B Saas web application. It's a healthcare messaging app (serving USA healthcare companies) with dozens of features, supporting patient databases that can be uploaded through multiple methods, and sending texts to patients.
