Midjourney AI Image Creator

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Midjourney AI Image Creator to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating high-volume, high-quality AI images using Midjourney — producing 200–300 image prompts per session using a dedicated Midjourney account we provide. This is a production-focused role that blends creative thinking with systematic execution. You'll be working within defined creative briefs and style guidelines to generate consistent, on-brand visual content at scale. Key Responsibilities * Write and execute 200–300 Midjourney prompts per work session, meeting quality and output targets consistently * Interpret creative briefs and translate them into effective, detailed Midjourney prompts * Refine and iterate on prompts using parameters (aspect ratios, style references, version flags, weights, etc.) to achieve desired results * Organize, label, and deliver generated images in a structured format (folder naming, tagging, batch tracking) * Curate and quality-check outputs — selecting best results and flagging off-brand or low-quality generations * Maintain a prompt library and document successful prompt structures for team reference * Stay current with Midjourney updates, new features, and prompt engineering best practices * Collaborate with the creative or content team to align output with project goals Requirements Must-Have: * Proven hands-on experience with Midjourney (portfolio or sample outputs required) * Strong understanding of prompt engineering — modifiers, weights, style references, seeds, and versioning * Ability to work at high volume without sacrificing quality or consistency * Excellent organizational skills — managing and naming large batches of files * Reliable internet connection and a quiet, productive remote work setup * Strong written English for interpreting briefs and documenting prompts Nice to Have: * Experience with other AI image tools * Background in graphic design, photography, illustration, or art direction * Familiarity with Discord-based workflows * Experience working with brand style guides What We Provide * A dedicated Midjourney account (you will not need your own subscription) * Clear creative briefs and style references for each session * Structured onboarding and prompt guidelines * Ongoing feedback to calibrate quality and style Performance Expectations Metric Target Prompts per session 200–300 Usable image rate ≥ 70% of outputs Turnaround per session Within agreed timeframe File delivery format Organized folders with naming convention How to Apply 1.
