Migrate Application to Linode

I need someone to move my application off Replit to Linode or another cost-effective provider. The task involves setting up a new server environment and ensuring the application runs smoothly on the new platform. Experience with server configuration and troubleshooting is essential. The app i would say is farely simple. THe website is built to handle multiple residential care facilities What the app has the ability to do now, is the send/recieve fax through sinch the ability for facilities to sign up `a new fax umber through sinch through their API, It has a file upload where as each facility has a unique email and they can send any prescription medication or file and it will get interpreted by AI and the data is extracted and forms are prefilled. It would need to be moved to linode or another provider that would be cost effective, since we need API access database access ( currently database is in Neon.com which uses postgresql. This would all need to be secured. I have pushed all updates to github and they are all there. The corresponding files would need to be edited to work outside of replits cloud service/agents. I'm open to using something that is easily managed. And that would have the ability to use antropic (claude coding ) to make changes and push changes to production.
