Migrate a small project from ORCAD to KiCAD

Summary

I have a 2-page schematic in ORCAD drawn using ORCAD ver 22. I can save it as ver 16.2 if required. I have a PCB layout also, drawn using the same version (it is an Allegro 2-layer .brd file). I can downrev it to ver 17.2 if required. I am looking for someone to migrate the entire project to KiCAD. This may involve using Altium designer which can import ORCAD schematics and board files. I was able to import the schematic in Altium but that could not be imported into KiCAD so I do not know what I was messing up. Note that the latest version of KiCAD can directly import ORCAD .brd files so that is a feature that could be useful. The ORCAD .dsn file is attached so you can get a feel for the size of the task.
