Military Recruitment Support Specialist - All Countries

We are seeking experienced ex-military or military personnel to support our client’s global recruitment drive for qualified infantry and assault personnel from around the world. The successful candidate will help identify, engage, and assess suitable applicants, and support the recruitment process in a professional and structured manner. Key Responsibilities Assist with international sourcing of experienced candidates for military-related roles. Use your military knowledge, contacts, and networks to identify suitable prospects. Support initial candidate screening, including experience, suitability, and areas of expertise. Communicate professionally with applicants and guide them through the recruitment process. Maintain accurate records of candidate interest, background details, and recruitment progress. Work with internal teams to ensure recruitment activities are organised and compliant with client requirements. Help promote the opportunity to relevant military and ex-military communities where appropriate. Candidate Profile Preferably ex-military or current military personnel with relevant operational experience. Strong understanding of infantry, assault, or related combat roles. Able to communicate clearly and professionally with candidates from different countries and backgrounds. Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or network-based candidate introduction is an advantage. High level of discretion, integrity, and reliability.
