Mirakl Troubleshooting for Nordstrom

Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Marketplace Specialist to take full ownership of our Nordstrom marketplace store, which is powered by the Mirakl platform. We need someone who can independently manage end-to-end product launches, handle regular catalog optimization, and swiftly troubleshoot the technical data errors that naturally occur within the Mirakl ecosystem. This is an ongoing, part-time role requiring an individual who is highly data-literate, detail-oriented, and deeply familiar with the fashion/apparel/retail attribute requirements unique to high-end department store marketplaces. Key Responsibilities Product Launches & Catalog Ingestion: Format, clean, and map product catalog files (CSV/Excel) to match Nordstrom's precise attribute definitions and category structures. Technical Upkeep & Error Resolution: Regularly audit the Mirakl dashboard to clear errors related to product classification, attribute transformations, pricing, and inventory synchronization. Inventory & Price Alignment: Work with our primary inventory source (Shopify, ERP, or sFTP) to ensure stock levels and pricing sync perfectly with Mirakl Connect to avoid order cancellations. Variant & Listing Management: Correctly group complex variations (size, color, style) so they display seamlessly on Nordstrom.com. Required Experience & Skills Proven Mirakl Experience: Must have direct hands-on experience navigating the Mirakl platform backend (ideally via Mirakl Connect or specific retailer portals). Nordstrom Specific Knowledge: Familiarity with Nordstrom's quality standards, strict listing requirements, and fulfillment metrics. Advanced Data Skills: Expert-level skills in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, data cleaning, text formatting) to manage bulk uploads without breaking data structures. Problem Solver: Ability to interpret cryptic Mirakl error logs and resolve indexing issues independently.
