Miro.com Process Chart Designer / Visual Workflow Redesign

We are looking for a highly skilled visual designer with strong experience in Miro.com to rebuild and redesign process charts based on rough drafts, screenshots, or existing diagrams. The work involves taking draft process flows and turning them into clean, professional, easy-to-understand visual charts with strong layout, hierarchy, icons, colors, and typography. The final result should look polished, modern, and suitable for business presentations, internal training, and client-facing documentation. You should be able to redesign charts similar to the attached example: complex sales funnels, routing logic, role-based workflows, process maps, and business operating models. Responsibilities: - Rebuild process charts directly in Miro - Improve visual structure, spacing, readability, and flow - Use icons, colors, sections, and labels professionally - Turn rough drafts into polished business diagrams - Keep the chart editable and well-organized in Miro Requirements: - Strong graphic design skills - Proven experience with Miro - Experience creating process maps, flowcharts, funnels, or business diagrams - Good understanding of visual hierarchy and clean layout design - Ability to work from screenshots, sketches, or rough drafts We are looking for someone reliable for ongoing work, not just a one-time project.
