Hello, I need legal guidance regarding a dispute with the founder of the company where I was employed as a CEO. Cyprus entity, UK law. The dispute is around a misrepresentation that led to me working for the company for several years mased on long-term motivation conditions that turned out to differ significatly from the founder explained to me.
