Mobile App Developer Needed: Test OneSignal Setup Experience & Share Video

We’re looking for mobile app developers to build or adapt a simple mobile app and integrate OneSignal, using AI, while recording their setup experience. The goal is to understand how easy or difficult it is to set up OneSignal in a real-world scenario, including push notifications, in-app messaging. Budget: $50 fixed Time expectation: 1–2 hours max Project Scope: Create or reuse a simple mobile app, such as: -Simple game -Todo or habit app -Weather app -Existing app you’ve built -Open source app you can modify You can use any framework: iOS (Swift), Android (Kotlin/Java), React Native, Flutter, Unity, etc. We expect you to use AI tools and your normal workflow. It is very important that you record the full setup flow from scratch and share this video. Requirements: -Run your app on a device or emulator -Integrate OneSignal SDK -Capture a simple user attribute (e.g. first name) -Send and receive a push notification (show it on the device) -Include basic personalization (e.g. “Hello, John”) -Show an in-app message also on the device Recording Requirement: Record your screen while working and talk through your process. We expect the video to be long e.g. 30min-1hr We want to see: -Visit onesignal.com and signup (please create a fresh new account and app) -Share what’s easy vs confusing -How you implement push notifications -How you handle personalization (first name) -How you create the in-app message -Any issues or blockers No need for a polished video or code. Just think out loud as you work. The app is throwaway so no need to share the app after. Your video is what is important. Deliverables: -Screen recording (full setup process shared with Google Drive) -Short summary including: -Framework used -What worked well -What was confusing -Did push notifications work? -Did in-app messaging work? -Did personalization work?
