Mobile App Tester Needed – Full App Audit, Bug Testing & Improvement Report

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Mobile App Tester / QA Specialist to thoroughly test our mobile application and provide a detailed audit report. The objective is to identify bugs, usability issues, broken functionality, and opportunities for improvement so our development team can enhance the overall user experience. Scope of Work: You will be required to: * Download and use our app as a normal user. * Test all features and user journeys. * Identify bugs, glitches, crashes, and performance issues. * Evaluate the user experience and ease of navigation. * Highlight any confusing workflows or design issues. * Provide recommendations for improvements. Deliverables: We require a professional report that includes: 1. Bug Report For each issue found, please provide: * Issue title * Description of the problem * Steps to reproduce * Expected result * Actual result * Severity level (Critical, High, Medium, Low) * Device and operating system used * Screenshot(s) clearly showing the issue * Screen recording where necessary 2. User Experience Review Please identify: * Areas that may confuse users * Poor user flows * Navigation issues * Design inconsistencies * Features that could be improved 3. Improvement Recommendations Provide suggestions on: * UI/UX improvements * Feature enhancements * Performance improvements * Overall user experience 4.
