Mobile App Wireframe Designer Needed

I'm looking for an experienced UI/UX designer who can design the complete user experience in Figma before development begins. This is not just about making attractive screens. I need someone who can think through user flows, simplify complex workflows, and create a mobile experience that feels intuitive from the first tap. This is the first phase of a long-term engagement. My goal is to find a designer who can become the primary UI/UX designer for our platform as we continue building new features. About the Product Our platform helps businesses manage their daily operations from a mobile device. The application will include features such as: Dashboard Calendar Tasks Documents Email Contacts Notifications AI-powered features Search Settings User profile Authentication Onboarding The goal is to design an application that is extremely easy to use while handling complex business workflows. What You'll Do You'll work directly with the founder throughout the project, making decisions quickly without layers of approval or long feedback cycles. Open To Close is an established SaaS platform. This project is to design the next-generation mobile application, not a startup concept.
