Mobile Engineer (Fintech / Crypto Background Required)

I'm hiring an engineer to build and ship a non-custodial fiat ↔ crypto mobile app. iOS + Android. Roughly 6–8 weeks to store launch. Long-term technical ownership on the table for the right person after a clean Phase 1. The product is fully specced — screens, copy, data model, phased build plan all ready to hand over. Partner stack (on/off-ramp, custody, KYC) is open for discussion with the right engineer. You ship code and have real input on infrastructure choices. Who I'm Hiring You've shipped real fintech, payments, or crypto products before. Live money, KYC, signed webhooks, exchange or wallet integrations. If your portfolio is e-commerce, productivity, or hobby crypto projects, this isn't the role. The bar: At least one shipped app that touched real money or crypto. Live store link required. Hands-on experience with the building blocks: signed webhook handlers, payment ledgers, KYC vendors, wallet/custody APIs, on/off-ramp or exchange APIs. 2+ apps you've shipped to the stores. Mobile UX taste at the Cash App / Robinhood / Wise level. Disqualifiers: no shipped fintech work, templated proposals.
