We're FUNPUNCH. We make the Rage-Bag — a portable punching bag that's sold over 300,000 units and become a genuine phenomenon in active play. Now we're building the thing that takes it to the next level: a mobile game, paired with the physical product, that uses your phone to detect your real punches and turns every session into a game you level up in. Here's the opportunity: this year alone, 300,000+ people will be onboarded into this app. Every Rage-Bag ships pointing customers straight to it. You won't be building a game and hoping people find it — you'll be building a game with a massive, built-in audience waiting on day one. THE MISSION Our app is becoming core to the product itself. It's a camera-based boxing game: the phone sees your punches, you train real moves, play game modes, climb ranks, and unlock rewards. Long-term, we're building it into a real business — subscriptions, in-app items, and a channel to promote our products to a huge engaged audience. We need someone to own this and make it world-class. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR This is for a proven mobile-game builder. Someone who has: - Shipped mobile games that made real money. This is what matters most. We want to see games you've built that people actually played and paid for. - A deep understanding of what makes games work — retention, progression, monetisation, and how to plan and grow a game over time. - Fluency with Claude Code / AI-assisted development. We build fast with modern tools. Your coding language doesn't matter — your judgment and output do. A strategic, ownership mindset. Someone who can take the vision and run with it, not wait for instructions. - Bonus if you've worked with on-device ML / camera detection, Flutter, or monetisation for family audiences — but a great game-maker comes first. Instead, tell us: - The games you've shipped, with links, and the revenue or downloads they achieved. - One thing you did that meaningfully improved a game's retention or revenue, and how. - Whether you've used Claude Code or similar AI development tools, and how.
