Mocap Clean Up Technical Artist

We are seeking a skilled Mocap Clean Up technical Artist to work with Rokoko animations and retarget them to Unreal Engine Metahuman. Ideally I would like to get a custom offer. I'm In the middle of recording my animations however I did a test scene initially and here's the problems or issues I'm experiencing inside of unreal engine: 1.) Noticed that when I bring the animation from Rokoko over into unreal engine and then retarget it onto my 3D model the shoulders sink inward into my character 2.) Then the fingers on my metahuman are weird and twisted or extremely bent 3.) There's major foot sliding which from my research said that I need to add feet goals to prevent this. Right now I'm simply don't have the bandwidth to be dealing with this so I wanted to bring someone onto the team to help me retarget my animations inside of unreal onto my characters so that the mocap feels solid. I also have a scene where I would like to create Like an army crowd animation of them chanting - if you know how to do a small group crowd simulation as well in Unreal engine - I'll pay extra Looking for this individual to start in 4 days I operate via Ludidlink server so my current workflow is that I have you log into our server and then you have access to the unreal engine project along with the imported animations from Rokoko and then I would just leave it up to you properly clean up my animations
