3d Mocap animation clean up

Summary

This project is a test project for cleaning up mocap which could lead to a full time contract that will pay very well. The contents of the mocap are already mostly cleaned up by default but just need to do minor clean up for the trajectory and feet locking. Also, splitting parts of the animation such as the walk cycle, walk start, stop etc are apart of the task. These are simple as the animation is actually all done.
