Mock Interview Session Coach for AI Training

$50 USD for a 30-Minute Session About the Role We're seeking experienced interview coaches, recruiters, hiring managers, and career professionals to participate in recorded mock interview sessions with adult participants. These sessions will capture natural interview preparation conversations and realistic mock interview interactions. Session audio will be recorded and used for AI training purposes. Participants will receive additional information about the project and be asked to provide explicit consent before participating. This is a one-time paid opportunity, though strong participants may be invited to future paid projects as similar opportunities become available. What You'll Do - Conduct a 30-minute live mock interview session - Ask realistic interview questions and guide participants through the interview process - Create an authentic interview preparation experience - Participate in a live video call in which the audio will be recorded Areas of Expertise Candidates should be experienced in one or more of the following: - Behavioral interviews - Technical or coding interviews - Case interviews - General interview preparation Requirements - Must be 18 years or older - Previous experience as an interview coach, recruiter, hiring manager, career mentor, career counselor, or similar role - Fluent in English - Comfortable participating in a recorded session - Willing to provide explicit consent for participation and audio recording - Reliable internet connection - Quiet recording environment with minimal background noise or echo - Headphones required - Apple device preferred Compensation - $50 USD for a completed 30-minute mock interview session - Interview participants will also receive $20 USD Additional Information - Participants will be matched with an adult interview candidate - Bringing your own interview candidate is welcome but not required.
