Model Part of Home in SKP

Help model part of a home in a well-organissed and grouped SKP file. The rooms to be modeled include the Entrance, Kitchen/Dining (no joinery, just flooring, walls and windows) and Living area. The ideal candidate will have experience in architectural design and 3D modeling, ensuring a high-quality and detailed output. Files Provided Floorplan (basic, not architectural) Site photographs (provided to the successful candidate) Design moodboard Additional project information as required Deliverables & Timeframes Stage 1 – 3D Base Model Complete SketchUp model of the nominated areas Required within 12 hours of project commencement Stage 2 – Furnishing & Styling Furnish and style the model in line with the supplied moodboard Include furniture, décor, lighting and styling elements appropriate to the design direction Final furnished model required by 05/06 Requirements Available to start immediately Strong SketchUp modelling skills Good eye for interior design and furnishing Ability to follow supplied design direction Excellent file organisation and attention to detail Daily progress updates are essential so I can review progress and provide feedback throughout the project
