Model a rectangular 30-storey building and podium + create 3 visualizations

I'm looking for a 3D modeler/visualizer to create a 3D model and rendering for a reconstruction (balcony replacement) of a high rise building of a simple rectangular shape with exactly same floors floors repeated across 30 stories plus model the podium under the building and place vegetation. (tower is copied 3x) Need 3 renderings, closer shot, view of 1 tower, view of all 3 towers. The model will be modeled based on photographs and detailed matterport tour. Need exterior only. Deliverables: textured and setup 3dsmax scene + 3 renderings. Only 3dsmax accepted for this job. Ideally Corona renderer (Vray accepted too) I have often simple jobs like this, happy to work with someone long term on a semi-regular basis. Please attach some samples of your recent work.
