3D Modeler for Furry "Doll" & Printer Requested

I own several Furry characters that I would like to have 3D models developed for, whether in Blender (preferred) or your program of preference. I can provide both SFW and NSFW references of the characters; however, SFW-oriented designs are the intended goal. I am also looking for a modeler who can design the characters with suitable doll-joints and modularity to be printed and posed. (Akin to how Bionicles are designed, in essence) I have 2 goals for the project as a whole, with each of the two goals intertwined with each other: 1* - [Developing 3D Models] - Develop 3# Model(s) of one of my character(s). I have a preference to Blender due to its wide-range applications and popularity. However, this is not a strict requirement. I am open to discussion if you have a suitable alternative! My main goal with the models is for them to be used in Step 2, as I also want to have these printed as well. (Note: not mass-produced to any degree but purely for myself) 2* - [3D Printing Posable Doll/Mannequins of the Models] - My main goal is to have these models printed into posable dolls I can keep as decoration or use for future art pieces. I'd like the doll to be designed in a way that the limbs, body, and tails can be articulated and moved without disrupting the integrity of the doll. Easiest way I could make a comparison is by comparing them to Bionicles. ___ I own six characters in total, and would be interested in doing all six of them by the end of the project! The file attached is of the first character I own. The other attached file is a rough example I found on Google for the type of doll base I'd be interested in (not exactly, but a fantastic start point)
