3D Modelers for Exterior Home Modeling and More

We are looking for 3D modelers with a strong foundation of architectural visualization to create exterior homes, interiors, configurable homes, prop modeling, texturing, 3d site plans. All primarily intended for interactive uses by implementing the art assets into game engines. The modeling and texture work must therefore have clean geometry with the intention of being optimized for game engines. We would like to have you work on phased testing to better understand your capabilities. With an emphasis on accuracy following the provided CADs, the first test will be of this Exterior Home model. We would only require modeling at this point, ensuring that meshes that are intended to have a unique material are attached to each other and named logically (ex. Brick, Roof, Windows, Glass, etc.) Our tests will be paid upon completion and approval. For this exterior we only want elevation B modeled and we will pay $50.00 once approved. Depending on the results we will pursue further tests such as interiors, prop modeling, 3d site plans etc. We will provide the CADs and any further information if you wish to pursue this job.
