3D Modelers with Building Experience

We are seeking 3D modelers with practical experience in light construction, fabrication, cabinetry, and metal work. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building processes and be able to create detailed 3D models that accurately represent real-world structures. Experience with sketchup is preferred but not required. Blender and Solidworks good too.. This role requires collaboration with our team to ensure models meet project specifications and are delivered on time. We do not build typical projects. our clients come to us for the unique and unusual. we design and build from simple sculptures to bars, children's libraries, concert arenas, restaurants and so on. applicants need to be very creative and help problem solve how to create a product and collaborate on how it gets made. once computer imodel is generated then a complete set of working drawings needs to be created for buildout.
