3D Modeling / CAD

Title: CAD / 3D Designer for Product Concepts (Furniture, Coffee Equipment, Objects) Description: I’m looking for a CAD / 3D designer to help translate product ideas into clear, buildable designs. The work will mostly involve furniture pieces, coffee equipment, and other physical product concepts. I usually start with rough sketches, reference images, or written descriptions. Your role would be to turn those into clean CAD models and simple 3D renderings that can be used for prototyping, manufacturing discussions, or presentations. Typical tasks may include: Creating CAD models from sketches or reference photos Designing furniture pieces (tables, benches, shelving, etc.) Designing small consumer products (coffee brewers, accessories, hardware) Producing basic 3D renders for visualization Preparing files suitable for fabrication or prototyping Iterating on designs based on feedback What I’m looking for: Strong CAD skills (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Rhino, or similar) Ability to think through real-world construction and materials Clean, organized models that could realistically be manufactured Someone comfortable working from rough concepts and refining them Nice to have: Experience with furniture or product design Understanding of metal, wood, and fabrication processes Experience preparing files for CNC, laser cutting, or machining This would ideally become an ongoing relationship. I regularly have new design ideas and would like someone reliable who can help turn concepts into proper models.
