3D Modeling & Rendering for Residential Architecture - Interior & Exterior Visualization

We are looking for a skilled 3D Modeling and Rendering Artist to create high-quality, photorealistic visualizations for a residential project. The ideal candidate should have experience in architectural visualization and be able to transform 2D plans, sketches, or CAD drawings into realistic 3D models and renders. The project includes both interior and exterior renderings with attention to lighting, materials, textures, landscaping, and realistic details. The final visuals will be used for client presentations, marketing, and design approval. Responsibilities: Create accurate 3D models from floor plans or CAD drawings Produce high-quality interior and exterior renderings Apply realistic materials, lighting, and textures Add furniture, décor, landscaping, and environmental details Make revisions based on feedback Deliver high-resolution images and source files Requirements: Strong experience with SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Blender, Rhino, or similar software Proficiency in rendering software such as Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, D5 Render, Corona, or Twinmotion Portfolio showcasing residential architectural visualization projects Good communication and attention to detail Ability to meet deadlines Deliverables: Complete 3D model Photorealistic interior and exterior renderings High-resolution JPG/PNG images Source files (if required) Please include: Links to your portfolio Examples of similar residential projects Estimated timeline Your fixed-price quote or hourly rate We are looking for someone who can create realistic, visually appealing renders that help bring our residential design to life.
