3D Modeling & Rendering

I'm looking for a visualisation artist to produce interior stills from 2D drawings. Starting with one paid test project, with ongoing work if it goes well. WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE - PDF floor plan and elevations - Photos of the existing space - Finishes schedule (cabinetry, worktop, flooring) There is no 3D model. You will be building it from the drawings. This is the core of the job — please only apply if you do this routinely. DELIVERABLE - One photorealistic interior still, 4K, of a kitchen extension - Two revision rounds included - Native source files (SketchUp / 3ds Max / Blender) and all textures transferred to me on completion REQUIREMENTS - Portfolio showing domestic-scale interiors — kitchens, living spaces. Not commercial lobbies, not exteriors. - Experience with UK or European residential detailing: skirtings, window reveals, cills, bifold doors - Photoshop post-production - Willing to sign an NDA — these are clients' homes
