3D Models for Storage Units

I need someone to build me 3D models of storage units. There are a total of 11 sizes of storage units and 2 sizes for parking. The project requires creating detailed models that accurately represent the dimensions and features of each unit. The ideal candidate should have experience in 3D design and modeling, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality models. These need to not use any commercial assets as we'll be using them for client projects and we need to retain the rights to all assets. The sizes are: Storage Units 3x5 5x5 5x8 8x10 10x10 10x15 10x20 10x30 15x15 15x20 20x40 Outside Parking 12x30 12x40 Attached are some images of examples we like.
