Modern Residential Interior, Lighting & Facade Design Consultant Needed

Project Overview I am building a modern residential home in, Pakistan and am looking for an experienced designer who can provide professional guidance on interior design, lighting design, ceiling layouts, and facade refinement. The architectural plans and a 3D facade model have already been completed. I am not looking for a full redesign from scratch. Instead, I am looking for an experienced professional who can review the existing design, provide expert feedback, and develop a cohesive design strategy for the interiors, lighting, ceilings, and exterior lighting. My goal is to achieve a clean, modern, timeless home and avoid the common approach of randomly placing downlights, excessive ceiling coves, and disconnected design elements. Scope of Work 1. Interior Lighting Design Develop a complete lighting strategy for the home, including: Ambient lighting Task lighting Accent lighting Decorative lighting recommendations Staircase lighting Corridor lighting Bedroom lighting Kitchen lighting Bathroom lighting Living and dining area lighting The design should focus on visual comfort, functionality, and aesthetics rather than simply maximizing the number of fixtures. 2. Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP) Provide ceiling design recommendations and layouts including: Ceiling concepts Cove lighting integration (where appropriate) Feature ceiling ideas Lighting coordination with ceiling design Recommendations for achieving a clean and modern appearance 3. Electrical & Switching Guidance Provide recommendations for: Switch placement Lighting zoning Circuit grouping Dimmer locations Smart lighting considerations (if appropriate) 4. Facade Review & Design Input A 3D facade design already exists. I would like an independent professional review and second opinion on the facade design. This may include: Proportion and massing review Material recommendations Architectural detailing suggestions Balcony and window treatment recommendations Exterior color palette recommendations Suggestions for improving the overall design Integration of facade lighting with architecture The objective is refinement and improvement, not a complete redesign unless significant opportunities are identified. 5. Exterior & Facade Lighting Design Provide recommendations for: Architectural facade lighting Wall-wash lighting Feature lighting Entrance lighting Boundary wall lighting Landscape lighting (where applicable) Fixture placement concepts 6.
