Modular House Design Specialist

Hi — I'm building a catalogue of small all-season modular homes for the Polish market. Every home is assembled from copies of one steel-frame module, 3.00 × 5.95 m external (17.85 m² footprint, 2.48 m internal height). Modules join on the short side, the long side, or offset by 50% of the long side, and can form L and stepped shapes. I need 6–8 concepts, each with: a module assembly diagram, a furnished floor plan with an area schedule, a window/door schedule, elevations or 3D massing views, and interior renders good enough for a sales catalogue. No structural, MEP or building-code work — that is handled locally. Before I order, three questions: Can you show 2 small-footprint residential or modular projects with interior renders you produced yourself? What is your price per concept, split between drawings and each interior render, and your turnaround for the first 2 concepts? Does your delivery include editable source files and full commercial rights? I will use this in a commercial sales catalogue.
