Since we are starting from scratch, I don’t have custom engineering sketches yet, but I can provide clear visual references for the mechanical concepts we want to achieve:The Sun Base (Central Hub): It should work like a simplified mechanical desktop Orrery. The base houses a fixed, translucent Sun shell with a 360-degree UV LED array inside. A single central 5V DC motor drives a vertical shaft protruding from the top of the Sun.The Stackable Hub Connector: The protruding shaft needs a concentric, modular, interlocking connector system (similar to stackable interlocking plastic building blocks or audio jacks). This will allow the user to stack multiple planetary arms on top of each other over time.The Extension Arms: We need two types of arms designed for injection molding:Standard Arm: A single, hollow solid plastic rod that holds the planet stationary while orbiting.Premium Arm (Future Phase Concept): A hollow arm that encloses a passive pulley or micro-gear layout. When connected to the moving hub, it mechanically forces the planet sphere to spin on its own axis while orbiting.The Planets: Basic 2-piece smooth hollow spheres (5-6cm and 8-9cm diameters) that snap-fit onto the arm pins.Given this conceptual layout, could you let me know if you can help us visualize the initial 3D assembly blocks and your estimated pricing structure for the manufacturing CAD and 2D DFM drawings?
