Monday.com Automation Build — Mirrors, Make.com Integration (ongoing work for the right person)
Worldwide
we're looking for a Monday.com specialist to own the build on a live project. This is a real, scoped engagement, not a "figure it out" gig. The architecture and spec are already defined; we need a strong operator to execute cleanly and test thoroughly. If this one goes well, there's a clear path to ongoing work. The client has a repeatable pattern rolling out across multiple production boards, and we bring on builds like this regularly. We're looking for someone to grow with, not a one-off. What you'll build Working across 5 core boards Board connections & mirror columns — roughly 15 mirror columns into a central master board (CMD), keyed on a shared Client ID, mirrored read-only. Native Monday forms for three boards, including mapping the Registrations form to the column structure. Make.com integration: on a proposal-signed trigger (from BetterProposals), create an Onboarding Master item with client name, email, and service type, then fire a notification to a team member. Smart routing logic: new company routes through Incorporations → Registrations; existing company goes straight to Registrations; both create a record in CMD. Conditional handoff: Pre-Production items created automatically only when both "Onboarding Complete" and "Registration Complete" are confirmed. Dashboards for status and deadline tracking. Calendly integration into the flow. End-to-end testing on all of the above before handoff. We'll provide the full written spec, board access, and clear acceptance criteria per milestone. Must-haves Demonstrated Monday.com automation experience mirror columns, cross-board connections, conditional automation recipes. Hands-on Make.com (Integromat) experience building multi-step scenarios with webhooks, routers, and filters. Attention to detail and a habit of testing your own work before you call it done. This runs on a live system, so "it mostly works" isn't good enough. Clear, responsive communication. To apply required (applications without this are skipped): Send a short Loom video (2–4 min) walking us through a form-to-storage automation you've built in Make.com — ideally the pattern: Jotform → Make.com → storage (Google Sheets, Airtable, Monday, or similar). Show the actual scenario in your Make account: the webhook/trigger, how the modules are wired, any routing or filtering, and where the data lands. We want to see how you think about a build, not a polished sales pitch. This tells us more than any written proposal. In your message, also include: one line on your Monday.com experience, and your realistic estimate of hours for the scope above. Looking forward to seeing your work.
