Monday.com Expert — Fix and Clean Up Our Existing Monday.com Workspace Structure

We have been using Monday.com for several months but the workspace has grown without structure. We need a Monday.com expert to come in, clean it up, and apply a consistent structure across our boards. Small cleanup task before we move into a full monday com workflow automation and CRM setup build. What this task covers: * Audit our existing Monday.com boards and identify structural issues * Rename, reorganize, and standardize columns across our main boards (we have 6 boards) * Remove duplicate or unused columns and items * Apply consistent status labels and color coding across all boards * Deliver a short written summary of what was changed and why Requirements: * Monday.com expert or monday com expert with workspace organization experience * Attention to detail and ability to apply consistent structure without losing existing data * Deliver within 48 hours
