NO AGENCIES Where We Are Today We built out a Monday.com environment last year to manage our tax filing operations workflow. That foundation is in place — we are NOT starting from scratch. We now need an advanced expert to take the system to the next level with sophisticated dashboards and intelligent automations. What We Need You to Build 1. Advanced Dashboards - Role-based dashboards for Operations, Advisors, and Leadership - Real-time visibility into tax filing status across all client households - KPI widgets: completion rates, open items, upcoming deadlines, and escalations - Executive summary view for firm leadership 2. Sophisticated Automations - Status-driven automations that trigger tasks, notifications, and actions - Conditional logic for escalations when deadlines are missed or items are overdue - Smart dependency chains across boards and workflow stages - Cross-board automations that reduce manual data entry 3. Reporting & Visibility - Customizable reports for internal review and leadership updates - Date-formula fields for SLA tracking and deadline management - Filtered views by advisor, client type, deadline window, and status 4. System Optimization - Audit and improve our current board architecture for scalability - Clean up redundant fields, boards, and legacy configurations - Document the system clearly for internal use and team onboarding Who We're Looking For - Proven, advanced Monday.com expertise — this is not a beginner or intermediate role - Deep hands-on experience building complex, multi-board dashboards - Expert-level automation builder: conditional triggers, status logic, cross-board rules - Strong understanding of formula columns, dependencies, and widget library - Ability to translate real business processes into clean, structured Monday.com systems - Portfolio, case studies, or Loom walkthroughs of past builds are strongly preferred Nice to Have - Experience with professional services firms, RIAs, or financial operations - Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and integration opportunities with Monday.com Compensation We are looking for top-tier talent, not entry-level support. Rate will be discussed based on experience. We are open to an ongoing engagement for the right person. This is a one-time project with potential for continued work.
