I run a photography and content business in Nashville serving real estate and commercial clients. I need a reliable monthly editor to take over my short-form video pipeline. Each month you'll receive a Google Drive folder with 4K/120fps and 4k/60fps footage and a written brief detailing exactly what each video needs; concept, pacing, on-screen text, tone. Your job is to follow the brief and deliver clean exports. No guesswork, no creative hand-holding. Current Scope: 20 short-form vertical reels per month, 9:16, 30–70 seconds each. Content includes real estate home tours, lifestyle/community reels, skit-style trend videos, and drone footage edits. We'll start with a test batch of 3–5 videos before committing to full monthly volume. Looking for someone fast, communicative, and brief-driven.
