About the role I'm building a content channel focused on web development — tutorials that teach people how to build and fix things, step by step. I'm looking for a reliable editor to handle my video editing on a monthly basis so I can stay consistent across platforms and grow my brand in this niche. What you'll do Edit raw footage into polished long-form videos (tutorials/how-tos) Cut long videos down into short-form clips (Shorts, Reels, TikToks) Edit and package shorts for fast posting across YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram Deliver on a predictable monthly turnaround so I can post consistently What I'm looking for Proven experience editing both long-form and short-form content Someone who understands pacing, hooks, captions, and retention for social media Comfortable formatting the same content for multiple platforms Reliable and able to deliver on schedule Important: Show me your work Applications without examples will not be considered.
