I’m looking for an experienced B2B lead generation and appointment-setting specialist to help us acquire new approved mortgage broker accounts for our Non-QM wholesale lending platform. The goal is not just building lists. The goal is getting interested mortgage brokers to sign up, submit an application, and become approved broker accounts. Responsibilities: Build targeted mortgage broker prospect lists Contact broker owners, branch managers, and loan officers Run email and LinkedIn outreach Generate warm replies Book calls or hand off interested brokers Track every prospect and follow-up Help move interested brokers toward account sign-up Target audience: Independent mortgage brokers Broker owners Branch managers Producing loan officers Independent mortgage companies Please exclude banks, credit unions, retail lenders, and large direct lenders. Products: DSCR Bank Statement P&L Asset Qualifier ITIN Foreign National First project: 1-week paid test 1–2 target states Daily activity tracking Goal is warm broker replies and account sign-up opportunities Compensation: Weekly base plus performance bonus for qualified broker calls, completed broker applications, and approved accounts.
