Mortgage Call Representative - High-Volume Outbound Sales (Refi & Purchase Leads)

We are a growing mortgage brokerage seeking motivated Mortgage Call Representatives to join our outbound sales team. About the Role: You will be calling clients who have already inquired about rates for refinancing or purchasing a home. These are warm leads who have expressed interest, so your job is to connect, build rapport, qualify their needs, and move them forward in the process. This is a high-volume outbound position requiring 400+ calls per day. What You'll Do: - Make 400+ outbound calls daily to clients who inquired about refinance or home purchase rates - Engage prospects professionally, qualify their interest, and gather key information - Clearly communicate rate and program information - Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes - Hit daily call volume and conversion targets Requirements: - Outstanding English communication skills (clear, professional, and persuasive) - Strong sales skills with the ability to build rapport quickly - Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling (400+ calls/day) - Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented - Previous phone sales or mortgage/financial services experience is a plus Compensation: - $7-12/hour depending on experience - Bonus eligible after 90 days based on performance If you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and have a great phone presence, we'd love to hear from you.
