Summary

I'm launching "Office Hours With Gordon," a long-form career and leadership interview show. Two-person remote conversation format, 30 to 45 minute episodes, distributed on YouTube and audio platforms. I need a complete visual identity and motion package built so my editor can drop it into DaVinci Resolve and go. Tone Warm, credible, a little academic. Gordon is a university professor and organizational development coach. The show is people bringing real career problems and him thinking through them. It should feel like a smart conversation, not a hype channel. Clean and understated beats flashy. Scope Brand identity Primary logo plus horizontal and stacked lockups Monochrome version for overlays Small-size corner bug that stays legible Type and color system, documented Vector source files Motion graphics Intro animation, 5 to 8 seconds Lower thirds for two named hosts plus a blank guest template, animated in and out Full-screen episode title card, editable text Two or three segment transition stingers, 1 to 2 seconds Outro end card, roughly 15 to 20 seconds, with space for subscribe prompt and two video thumbnails Layout system Two-person side-by-side frame Single-speaker frame Optional light structural frame holding the logo bug and episode title. I want something that supports the layout, not a heavy decorative border 9:16 safe-area variants for Shorts and clips Static assets Thumbnail template, editable Square podcast cover art for audio platforms YouTube channel banner Delivery requirements This is the important part. Everything needs to be usable in DaVinci Resolve by an editor who is not a motion designer. Resolve template files, Fusion compositions, or Fusion Titles with exposed editable text fields Any pre-rendered elements as ProRes 4444 or PNG sequence with alpha channel Editable text and swappable names wherever it makes sense, so we're not going back to you for every episode Short written or screen-recorded handoff doc explaining how the editor uses each piece Organized, clearly named file structure Source project files included What I'm looking for in a candidate Portfolio showing motion graphics work, ideally for talk or interview formats Demonstrated Resolve and Fusion experience, not just After Effects. If you work primarily in After Effects, tell me how you'd handle Resolve delivery Ability to handle both the static brand design and the motion, or a clear plan if you'd bring in a partner To apply Link to relevant portfolio work A sentence on how you'd approach the frame and layout question given this is a two-person remote conversation Your Resolve and Fusion experience Estimated timeline and rate, flat project rate preferred Any questions about scope
