Motion Designer for Ad Creative Localization

We are a mobile app company creating high-performing ad creatives for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). We're looking for a skilled Motion Designer who can: -Localize existing ad creatives into different languages (we provide all translations), -Resize creatives into multiple formats for Meta Ads, -Maintain visual quality, pacing, and performance-focused design. This is an ongoing collaboration, not a one-off task! Responsibilities: -Adapt and localize the marketing videos we provide into multiple languages, -Replace on-screen text, swap in the voiceovers, and update visual assets as needed — all while maintaining high-quality output, -Resize videos for different placements: 9:16 (Stories / Reels) and 4:5 (Feed), -Adjust text animations, timing, and layout for each language, -Export videos optimized for Meta Ads, -Keep everything consistent with our brand style and a performance mindset.
