Worldwide
Cargon is a digital logistics platform, and we’re redesigning our main website to match the scale and ambition of our product. This role is focused on design and motion concepts, not front-end coding. What You’ll Be Responsible For Designing the full website UI based on our existing structure and content Creating a motion/video-heavy web design (hero sections, transitions, scrolling effects, animated blocks, etc.) Defining motion behavior and interaction logic in collaboration with our front-end team Proposing creative visual concepts that fit a tech/logistics brand Preparing design files ready for developer handoff (Figma or similar) What We’re Looking For Strong experience in modern web design Proven experience with motion-heavy or video-driven websites Excellent sense of layout, typography, spacing, and storytelling through motion Ability to design web-ready, performance-aware animations MUST-HAVE (Very Important) 🚨 You must include links to websites or projects you’ve worked on that are motion-heavy or animation-focused. If you’ve worked on landing pages or websites with: Scroll-based animations Video-first layouts Micro-interactions Dynamic transitions Please include them in your application. Applications without relevant references will not be considered. Nice to Have Experience designing SaaS, tech, or logistics platforms Experience collaborating closely with front-end developers Understanding of how motion impacts UX, performance, and conversion Project Details Company: Cargon Scope: Full website design (design only, not development) Content & structure: Already provided Front-end support: In-house team available Start: ASAP If you’re passionate about motion-driven web design and enjoy working alongside developers to bring ambitious designs to life, we’d love to hear from you.
