Motion Graphics / After Effects — Property Line Animation Composited onto Drone Footage

I'm a video producer working on a brand narrative film for a church that recently purchased land for a new facility. I have a drone shot (4K, approximately 8–12 seconds, slowed down) of the property and I need an architect's site plan / property line map animated and composited onto the footage so viewers can see exactly where the building will sit on the land. What I need: A clean, professional animation of the property boundary lines and site plan drawn onto or revealed over the drone footage — perspective-matched to the camera angle where possible. The goal is to give viewers a visual sense of scale and location. Think of it like a real estate map overlay but cinematic in feel — not a flat graphic slapped on top, but something that feels intentional and polished.
