Motion Graphics Animator — Training Video Series (Illustrated Style)

I am producing a series of short animated training videos (50 total) for a global discipleship training program called Pioneer Disciple Making. The videos are designed for oral learners in Africa, South Asia, and the Middle East, so the style must be clear, warm, and visually engaging. I am looking for an experienced motion graphics animator to start with a pilot batch of 3 videos. If the quality is good, I will hire for the full series. What I provide for each video - One high-quality illustrated image (flat design, warm colours) — the main visual - A complete production script with scene-by-scene visual direction (PDF/Word) - Recorded voiceover audio (WAV file, professionally edited) - Background music track - PDM logo file (PNG) - Style reference: www.pioneerbusinessplanting.org (watch the first free lesson — this is the exact style I want) What you deliver - Animated video per lesson, approx. 3 minutes - Technique: Ken Burns pan/zoom on the illustration, sequential text overlays, element highlights, smooth cross-dissolve transitions - Logo intro (8–10 seconds) with jingle — created once, reused on all videos - Export: MP4, 1920×1080, H.264 - 2 rounds of revisions included Skills required - Adobe After Effects or Vyond (please state which you use) - Experience with explainer or training video animation - Ability to work from a detailed visual direction script - Clean text overlay design (Poppins or similar sans-serif) Good English communication Budget Pilot: 3 videos + logo intro.
