About Us The Coaches Business Studio is building what we believe will become the world's most comprehensive business education platform for professional coaches. Rather than producing traditional talking-head videos, we're creating a premium learning experience using AI presenters, cinematic visuals, professional editing and high-quality motion graphics. Our goal is to create educational content that feels closer to MasterClass than a typical online course. We're looking for a freelance Motion Graphics Designer to become part of our production team. Our courses combine AI-generated presenters with carefully designed animation, diagrams, visual explanations, typography and graphics that make complex ideas easy to understand and enjoyable to watch. The Role You'll create motion graphics and animated visual assets that support our educational videos. Some projects will involve creating one-off animations for individual lessons. Others will involve designing reusable templates and animation systems that can be used across hundreds of future videos. This is not a simple title animation role. We're looking for someone who genuinely understands visual communication and can turn ideas into engaging educational graphics.
